Guyana’s total estimated income from 13 discoveries is now projected at 117.5 billion US dollars. This massive windfall for a country of just 750,000 people places Guyana well on its way to becoming one of the richest countries in the world in per capita terms. And, with clear indications that there is a lot more oil waiting to be discovered, this estimate will soon be revised upward.
With this great news and the interest it has generated worldwide, ExxonMobil, a major player in the Guyana oil boom, will be hosting a Town Hall/Information meeting on August 18 at Le Parc Banquet Hall, Leslie and Highway 7, Richmond Hill/Toronto.
The 2 ½ hour meeting will begin at 2:00 pm. Admission is free as well as free parking.
The organizers would prefer if attendees register for the event on line at http://www.ccacanada.com/guyanaenergy/. However, you may also register in person at the door.
