This year the Pan Fantasy Steel Orchestra will be celebrating 35 years of making beautiful music and to remember in the west end community in which the players played their first notes together. Since then the band has become one of the most successful bands in Toronto, winning eight Pan Alive competitions.
Now they are back to fill the air with song at Lamport Stadium and on the parade route.
To celebrate its grand history, the band is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday July 26th at 8pm at their home at 40 Carl Hall Road unit 21, Downsview Parc, which is located at Keele and Sheppard.
On Tuesday, the full band will gather to unveil musical director Al Foster’s offerings for the Pan Alive Showcase.
