Marlene Street Forrest, Managing Director of the Jamaica Stock Exchange,  will be the guest speaker at the  online Outride: COVID 19 Business Threat seminar  which will be held today,  starting at 2.00 pm. 

Forrest will address the topic “Diaspora Investment Opportunities: Rechanneling Remittances Towards Productive Capital & Climate Finance.”

According to a news release from Toronto-based Magate Wildhorse Consulting and The Community of Practice for Caribbean Immigrant Entrepreneurs which are hosting the event, Forrest will discuss investment opportunities as well as provide guidance to participants on ” how to leverage the Jamaica Stock Exchange and related entities for financing their pivots and wealth creation.”

Other speakers at the  seminar are Meegan Scott of Magate Wildhorse Consulting and Theo Chambers, Motivational Speaker at CaribAcademy.
